We are Maurice and Heather Lee and we have been married for almost 18 years. God has given us 3 treasures, two girls and one boy and we have homeschooled from the beginning. God has graciously helped us each step of the way. Serving the PEACH group for the past 6 years has been a stretching experience for us and we are thankful for what God has taught us through the years. As Presidents for PEACH this year, we trust we will serve the membership and community well to the glory of God. photo: used by permission |

Hi! We are Clark and Stefanie Comperry, PEACH Membership Vice Presidents. We have been married 21 years and have 3 children. We are a retired Air Force family so we have lived many places, but have now been in Beavercreek for 8 years. Our journey in homeschooling began in 2006. That means that this is the beginning our 7th year. PEACH has been a tremendous benefit to our family during these years. We are homeschooling 2 of our 3 children: Jessica will be a 10th grader this year and Justin a 5th grader. Our oldest son, Jonathan, will be a senior at Beavercreek High School. It is a pleasure and honor to serve on the PEACH Leadership Team as your Membership VP’s. |

We are the Raber family- Kenneth and Susan, with our four energetic and imaginative kids (one of whom is no longer a kid). We also provide a home for an elderly-but-feisty mom, and an attack Yorkie named Rikki Tikki Tavi. We are a Christian family that have been dedicated homeschoolers since 1994, and have graduated their firstborn, who has gone on to serve in the military and start a life of his own. We are very happy to volunteer some time and energy to serve as Meetings Vice President, planning meetings for our PEACH friends, and to edit the monthly newsletter. |

We are the Simons Family: Chris, Denise, Kathleen and Abby. We are thrilled to be serving as Activities VP this year – as exploring nature and travel are some things we love to do together.
Chris, a former student at Baptist Bible College in Missouri who proudly served in the Air Force, is now an auctioneer of commercial facilities. His family has been in Xenia at least 5 generations, where he grew up hunting, breaking horses and fishing in the local creeks and rivers. I, on the other hand, was pure city mouse when we met 20 years ago. I worked for a major Wall Street investment firm and lived in Cincinnati while raising my 2 young children. God had great plans in store for us and three years ago I quit my job, both my daughter (Crissy, 27) and my son (Jamie, 26) married that spring and fall and I began homeschooling full time. Today, I teach Kathleen (grade 4), Abigail (grade
3) and watch my 16 month old grandson three afternoons a week.
This former big city girl no longer picks stocks and bonds. I now pick green beans, watch my little girls learn to fish and shoot with their outdoor-loving dad, and try to keep up with Chief, my 3-legged Jack Russell Terrier who you may see at the soccer fields this fall. As members of Faith Baptist Church in Beavercreek I’ve started a new library and direct our holiday drama programs while Chris teaches a boy’s Sunday School Class. I look forward to learning your stories as we meet and socialize on field trips and activities this year. |

Hi! We are Bill and Sandy Gordon and have been PEACH members for 7 years. We
just celebrated our 22nd wedding anniversary. God has blessed us with two wonderful
sons, Ryan (15) and Jason (12). Even though we did not start out homeschooling, it
has been a wonderful experience for our family. This is our 8th year homeschooling.
It is a pleasure to serve as Secretaries this year. We look forward to getting to know
folks at the PEACH meetings. Please don’t be shy about wearing a name tag…it
helps new members get to know each other and experienced members who are bad at
remembering names! |

Todd and Rebekah Edwards serve as Treasurer, and are entering their third year of PEACH membership. They have been married for 15 years, and have home schooled their 8 year old, since Kindergarten. They have been in full time ministry since 1997, serving children, youth and their families in various capacities along the way. Todd loves motorcycling, Rebekah is a blogger, and the entire family (including Grandma and Grandpa) is heavily involved in their local Cub Scout pack, where their son is a Bear. Their favorite aspects of PEACH are the field trips, nationally known speakers, and the online small groups. It is a joy for them, to walk alongside such a large community, of home school families. |
